Using this website

Quotes and estimates
Quotations are based on the requirements you provide and remain estimates until scope is agreed in writing. Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost.
Project delivery
Projects are delivered against agreed milestones. Progress, status and updates are published to your client dashboard. Timely feedback and access to required systems are needed to keep delivery on schedule.
Client accounts
You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Accounts may only access their own project data.
Intellectual property
On full settlement of agreed fees, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tooling, which are licensed for use within the delivered solution.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during a project confidential.
Liability
Our liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The current version is always published on this page.
